"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. The highlight of the location is a 7 minute walk to a beautiful protected white sand beach. Many times we were the only ones there. "The room was ok. But the Bathroom/Toilet was not. Water stays on the floor due to leakage from the bathroom and floor wasnt leveled. The mirror was dirty as if it wasnt cleaned for a while. The aircondition was full of dirt. I was disappointed as well that the location was not the same with what they have shown on the map in Hotels.com. and they also said there that it is a 10 minute walk to SM but it wasnt. It actually 2km away from SM. "

"property was booked by other party not the owner of the hotel. it's a scam. once you get there,. they will try to move you to different hotel that you didn't book. stay away from this oyo booking"
