The tile grout in our shower was blackened and cracking on one wall. It was disturbing. Had we stayed longer, I would have asked for another room. It’s warm, clean and had everything in there you would need to cater for a family. All we needed to do was shopping. The leisure facility is great as is the hotel. "The room was clean and comfortable. The space was plenty large enough for two of us to unpack and move around. There is a bar with drinks and snacks for purchase in the lobby. The location was excellent. We did have to pay for parking which was on site. We had some issues with the heater, but Lyndsay came down immediately to help. I would recommend a stay at this hotel."

Walkable distance to the coffee shops etc. Very nice and friendly staff, also help you no matter what the time is - I was checking in late at night.
