We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. Throughout our stay the host was responsive to any queries. "What a lovely apartment, lovely hosts and an optimal location. It is easy to walk to Cavtat, take a bus to Dubrovnik or drive to Split, Mostar or Montenegro. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Croatia."

Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. Maintenance does not seem to be consistent at this property. The elevator kept going to floor 5 and staff knew about it for some time, I found out. Check in was slow, and no perks were offered even though the hotel was not full. A general lack of attention to detail in general. I had 2 spa days, 2 meals at the hotel, and stayed in a junior suite, but no awareness of priority guests was observed. It could have been a positive experience, but it was not. The spa therapists were both very good. The only bright spot. I didn't stay for breakfast because the clean table I sat at was actually dirty even though it was set. Again, just attention to detail missing. Unfortunate. I would not return."

"We are on a bike packing tour & had just hopped of a ferry & rode to the Hotel. It’s deceiving from the outside but wonderful once you’re off the street. Staff were wonderful to assist storing our bikes securely. It’s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront with options to visit the old town 5 minutes further. Breakfast was comprehensive with much choice. I would certainly return."
