We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. "We had Pero (the owner) pick us up from the airport. This ensured we arrived at the accommodation without any issue. The apartment was clean and tidy with all necessary appliances. The pool area was clean and tidied everyday and the view is amazing. WiFi worked very well both inside and in the pool area. Cavtat is a little way from Dubrovnik old town but you can travel by bus, uber or boat from the harbour. For us it was ideal and we would definitely return."

"The staff at this hotel were excellent! From reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone was great, helpful, friendly and welcoming 10/10. The rooms were very modern with high quality fixtures in a well-laid out room and everything was in top condition. Some reviewers mentioned the rooms were small- I didn’t think that at all, I think they were a very good size with plenty of space. The air con worked very well and their light switch set up was so easy to use, well-planned out and user friendly. The scent they use in the hallways (similar to Kitty D’Amour shops) was lovely and also subtle. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise and crowds and you could take a break from the hectic pace of the old town and it was only a short walk to the old town, about 12-15 minute easy walk. Also super convenient to have the restaurant and bar at the hotel with lovely food and wonderful wait staff. The breakfast was wonderful with such variety and good coffee and I loved that I could also eat a variety of cakes for breakfast too ☺️. I liked everything about this place, I highly recommend it. And the price was really good value."

"Pros: Room was clean and the Breakfast Buffet was ok. Cons: 1. AMMENITIES: Rooftop bar was closed, Inside Pool was closed, Kids pool was closed, and the Two small pools left were overcrowded. Bars around the pool were also closed. Wellness area was crowded with working Men giving mantainence to the pool, and the floor was all dirty and wet from the work. The jacuzzy was also full of sand or dust inside. 2. You are promess a bottle of wine per stay that is not provided. 3. ROOM: Lock on the door was broken, and matress was really unconfortable. 4. Breakfast: The ham provided was old with a weird smell. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
