"We were delighted we chose to stay at the hotel Miramere. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the old town, the main bus station and the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful which makes this hotel stand out even more. The room was a good size, modern and clean with all the amenities you would expect. The hotel bar and restaurant is very good and the cooked to order breakfast was amazing as was buffet options. We would absolutely choose to stay here...

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff is by far friendlier than at any other hotel we stayed at in Split, starting with Mariana at check-in and Adnan at breakfast and dinner during our stay. "We had Pero (the owner) pick us up from the airport. This ensured we arrived at the accommodation without any issue. The apartment was clean and tidy with all necessary appliances. The pool area was clean and tidied everyday and the view is amazing. WiFi worked very well both inside and in the pool area. Cavtat is a little way from Dubrovnik old town but you can travel by bus, uber or boat from the harbour. For us it was ideal and we would definitely return."

"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. Maintenance does not seem to be consistent at this property. The elevator kept going to floor 5 and staff knew about it for some time, I found out. Check in was slow, and no perks were offered even though the hotel was not full. A general lack of attention to detail in general. I had 2 spa days, 2 meals at the hotel, and stayed in a junior suite, but no awareness of priority guests was observed. It could have been a positive experience, but it was not. The spa therapists were both very good. The only bright spot. I didn't stay for breakfast because the clean table I sat at was actually dirty even though it was set. Again, just attention to detail missing. Unfortunate. I would not return."

"We are on a bike packing tour & had just hopped of a ferry & rode to the Hotel. It’s deceiving from the outside but wonderful once you’re off the street. Staff were wonderful to assist storing our bikes securely. It’s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront with options to visit the old town 5 minutes further. Breakfast was comprehensive with much choice. I would certainly return."
