"Very close to the bus station. This made traveling from one city to the next easier to arrange. There is a small shared kitchen to use. Few supermarkets are very close. The walk to the old town is a reasonable distance for us but may not be suitable for everyone. "What a cozy place to stay! In spite of the stairs required to reach my room, it was well worth it! Great service and location!"

"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "

"Good location in the old town, but very hard to find (you have to go into the door of the building to be able to find any signs referring to the property name). The room was also very small, and the bathroom cramped with no railing for your hand towel. Luckily we had access to the water heater as it had been set to 80℃ making the hot water incredibly hot!"

"In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location. "
