Especially desirable for those with climbing skills because you have to climb up a steep lather to the kitchen or for folks like me (more heavier) walk on outside deck down to the kitchen. "My family and I were the first guests to stay at this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the host responded quickly when I messaged her. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I did not receive my arrival email and had to contact the host, she informed me that the house was not cleaned before our arrival due to a cleaner emergency, despite booking three weeks prior. The host extended our checkout time for the inconvenience, which was appreciated....

"I think the place was very well located to everything we needed. It had plenty of space for me and my family. The owner was very fast on answering any questions that we had. I would be willing to stay there again. The only thing I would recommend is to stock the kitchen with a few more dishes/utensils. But other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful place with modern appliances and decor. Beds were amazing. Host was easy to contact-even at a later hour to answer questions. Great location for easy drives east, north and south to downtown, even to other stadiums. Happy were able to cook and eat in as well as enjoy the selection of places to eat out (and exercise) nearby."

"We were in town for a long weekend and concert at the Mercedes Benz Center. A short Uber ride away, and the house (and deck and yard) were great. The neighborhood is quiet, but a little rough. No food or restaurants within walking distance, but overall a nice place. Would be happy to stay here again."
