We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the side of the building. It would be nice if the hotel offered a lower-cost self-parking option for guests. The hotel has a fun atmosphere, but addressing these issues would make the stay much better.

Big fan of The Graduate (formerly The Lumen). Love the location, the boutique hotel feel, and the new renovations. Hallways are way too dark - please lighten up a bit. Please bring back the free coffee bar in the mornings! Friendly staff!
