Bad experience. We expected a bit more professionalism from the management. Please know that we were NOT expecting luxury for this cost. The room was run-down. Everything felt damp and our feet were sticking to the carpets. There was hair in the bed and bathroom, the computer chair cushion was shredded. The couch was slick with body oil and grime. It was gross but again, we didn't expect much for the cost. There were also a few mentally ill people and one of the guys was acting aggressive in the hallway, kicking a chain gate. However, we decided we would stay if we could use the pool. We used it the first night of our stay, we went to the fronk desk and asked if ot would be open the next day and we were advised the pool would be open. It was not open the second day of our stay at all. The third day we asked again if it would be open and they said there was maintenance coming and they would notify us. At 5pm on the third day it was still not open so we called Expedia to see of we could cancel the remaining 3 days we booked. When they contacted the hotel the front desk advised Expedia that the pool was open at that moment. I was on a live call with Expedia and informed them that was not true. They stuck to their story that the pool was open when both of its gates were locked with a padlock. This made us uncomfortable as they were now calling us liars and also not taking accountability. We checked out on the third day at 5pm and were charged for 5 total days. Unacceptable.
