The studio is a private unit for yourself and has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress. Linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided.

We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation. Please read each of the rules carefully Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!
1. We don't have a cleaning fee, just leave the studio as you found it. (The cleaning service starts at $80 please avoid any cleaning fee.)
2. Parking is on the front side of the property
3. No extra visitors. Please try to avoid making loud noises between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep
4. No Guns
5. No pets
6. No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted in any part of the studio.
7. Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property.
For long stays there is not refill of toilet paper, towels, linens, shampoo or hand soap etc. In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have signed, and could be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property.

Soak up endless rays of sunshine with 23 miles of shoreline along the eastern coast of Lewisville Lake, one of North Texas’ largest bodies of water. Camp, fish, swim, hike and bike on the water’s edge with two lake parks or rent a watercraft at the full-service marina inside Hidden Cove Park. The Colony features 28 parks with over 2,500 acres of parkland, one of the highest acres of parks per capita in the state. Creative agreements with the city and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers led to an award-winning trail system that winds through acres of wildlife management areas along the shoreline of Lewisville Lake. During the summer months, make a splash at Hawaiian Falls - a tropical, outdoor water park that rivals any in North Texas.
