Newly-built and very modern townhome with all the amenities! Its close to Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Lower Greenville, and Deep Ellum with multiple parks, bars, and restaurants in close vicinity as well as Love Field airport, which is a short drive. You'll have access to the completely furnished and totally private roof deck with BBQ, TV, and fire pit.

Please note: 10 is the max guest amount or capacity. If it sleeps 10 comfortably, I leave that to the guest to decide.

Cool Spot

I would HIGHLY recommend this place anyway, but DEFINITELY on the 4th of July with so many different types of fireworks going on throughout the city. The manager was quick to communicate, and the property was a cool little place for sure!

The place could have been cleaner

Close to downtown and a great location. The place could have been cleaner. Beer cans were found under the bed, cigarette buds and bottle caps were on the roof top and empty bottles of liquor in the kitchen cabinets. No propane in the two bottles at the house. The living room couch was broken. The house was Definitely very used. There are several leaks in the house due to the recent rain but if it doesn't get fixed soon the mold will be coming.

Not recommended as the state of the apartment was not as advertised, poor communication, broken furniture, etc etc. Too many things to list. Property manager was contacted thru vrbo with all the issues, no response to date and deposit has not been returned.

Spring Break Family Trip

Great location with plenty of space for a family. Owner was very helpful with access on arrival and with WiFi, and other questions we had. Great restaurants within walking distance. Parking for two cars in the garage was a huge plus!

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers

Great location, great communication, Air Force One flew over us. We enjoyed the entire property. We went out, we cooked, there is no better way to stay with a family. Thank you so much!
