This spacious 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your DFW-Metroplex stay. The unit comes with fast Wi-Fi and free garage space parking. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient gym, pool, and half basketball court to get some exercise in. This wonderful unit is only 15 min away from downtown Dallas, fair park, and the American Airlines Center.
The space
Shown is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment. What is so unique about this space is that it has its very own gated backyard and 1 car garage. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and along with the fast Wi-Fi comes a jail broken 4k Firestick which allows you to watch any show and any movie you desire. There are two different TVs in the living room and bedroom to make your stay more suitable.

PARKING

You will have access to a one car garage that is right across from the front door. It will come with a key for the door as well as a key fob for the garage. If you have an extra vehicle, please park in the visitor parking lot where then you will be able to register with parking control via the posted signs.
