This is a great property, super-well appointed and with garage parking which is a rarity in this part of town. I enjoyed everything about my visit and will look to stay again in the future.

Clean space, some major flaws
I booked this unit for a family trip. I’ll start with the positives. The host were very helpful, and went above and beyond to provide help and services. The unit was definitely clean and well decorated. The negatives: The building has significant structural issues. There were major cracks in the walls throughout the home. To the point that we had challenges opening and closing the front door. Seems as though the foundation had shifted and we weren’t sure structurally it was safe to stay in. Another major negative, this location is directly under a major flight path. We heard planes flying over all day and night. Lastly, in the Primary bedroom, there was a large opening in the floorboards in the closet that led to a rather dark and scary crawlspace underneath the home. This was not latched or locked. We have two small children under the age of five and found it a bit unnerving to have something that could be such a potential hazard and danger to small children unsecured specially for a unit that is listed as family friendly. It also left us feeling rather unsafe on what else may be accessible to our unit that we weren’t aware of. Overall had a positive experience, but felt it appropriate to share some of the challenges that we experienced for those who may be looking to book this unit specifically for family.

Excellent Apartment & Location
We stayed several days in Dallas looking for an apartment for our daughter. The property was well equipped with everything for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Minh and Duy were very gracious hosts and were attentive to our needs. This place is adorable and the hosts are lovely. Great location and a fun historical feel. The driveway/garage is such a great feature in this area The location is perfect. My dogs loved the yard and it was perfect to work from while traveling.
