Our newly remodeled space sleeps 4 people. We have a queen sized bed, as well as a very comfortable and stylish sofa sleeper. Fully stocked kitchen for days you want to stay in, washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, Roku TV, so you don't miss any of your favorite shows, and always fresh and clean towels and linens. If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
