Good gone bad

The room was nice, everything was in the surrounding area. But upon 12 hrs of staying there, I woke up to a bed bugs under my covers. Something told me to get up and good thing I did or I would've got bitten. Also there was a roach in the bathroom and stove didn't work. And soon as I reported everything, I was told to get out and I was not allowed to stay at an in town suite again!!!!! All my money was refunded. I was planning on staying there for a few months until I got situated because I just moved to Texas and that was the thanks I got!!

Barb at the fornt desk is amazing and the environmental service ladies are amazing and helpful and kind and understanding. Also we had to call for a overnight/after hours issues and it was answered instantly by a human being infact staff that lives on the grounds which led to our issue getting addressed and taken care with in minutes which is a welcomed change from other facilities/hotels we have stayed at the past 2 months where we were directed to call after hours/maintenance for anything urgent but found ourselves just having to leave messages with a answering machine or voicemail service that didn't get us a call back or a knock on our door in a timely manner to address what we needed or requested. Also the cleaning day is Wednesday in which our room was actually cleaned and in a timely manner very well and through which is great because usually other places you expect to have sheets and towls replaced and bathroom tissue replenished often just a couple days apart but found ourselves having to repeatedly call the front desk leaving messages so thats why i recommend other facilities to take in the system that Intown Suites staffing has developed for thier residents stay here.

I purposely requested a non-smoking room with a queen bed, and was introduced to a smoking room, with a twin bed. I was very displeased that I did not even check in.

If I could give them a Zero star, I would. I made my reservation on Expedia for this hotel and based on my reservation, I supposed to check out on Sunday by 11 AM. I left the hotel a few days before Sunday but , knowing that I paid for until Sunday morning, I left my air fryer inside so I can come back and take it with me, when I would come back on Sunday morning before my check out time. When I come back to the suite on Sunday morning, my air fryer was missing. I called the after hours number because this hotel has nobody at the front desk on Sunday at any part of the day. The lady who answered the phone told me that she has no idea about what happened to my air fryer and that I should call the office on Monday to ask about it. When I called on Monday, the front desk lady who called herself the manager, she would not answer my number. I spent a few days calling and, she would never answer the phone. This is when I realized that they stole my air fryer. In addition to my stolen air fryer, I had some other bad experiences at this hotel too. Their mattress has big gap in the middle that makes it unable to support your back and make you feel that you are about to fell down while you are on it. At night you will meet with a lot of junkie people in the hallways and around the parking lot, smoking and drinking alcohol. A morning, while I was about to go out, I saw a police car in front of the entrance and a bunch of people talking to them. I could guess some crime happened.
