Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.


★ No Shoes Inside (Suggestion) ★

We kindly suggest removing your shoes while inside the house. West Texas is known for its small stickers that can easily get stuck to shoes and carpets, and they’re not fun to step on! To keep the space clean and comfortable, we recommend going barefoot or wearing indoor slippers to avoid bringing in those pesky stickers.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS
We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please be aware that we have installed a noise alert device in our home to ensure we are respectful of our neighbors and comply with local noise ordinances. This device helps us maintain a peaceful environment, prevent unauthorized parties, and adhere to occupancy regulations.
