This apartment is located in the historical district of Dallas, and close to all the attractions, like Fair Park, Deep Ellum, AA Center, Museums, the Dallas World Aquarium, Lower Greenville, and tons of dining options!
Fully Furnished and stocked with basic essentials we hope you can make yourself at home here. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission in to the Award winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.

Cozy up in this gorgeous one bedroom flat. Fully furnished with a Plush Queen Bed and Queen sofa sleeper. Stocked with basic kitchen essentials for cooking a nice meal and coffee provided. Stocked bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. For guests with little ones we provide a Pack N Play (listed as a crib) Also access to free on site parking.

Guest has access to the entire private apartment. Shared Courtyard. Reliable Wifi. Washer and Dryer in unit and onsite parking.

For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. This helps us keep Airbnb's cleaning standards. Pets are also required to be crated if left alone while you are gone.

BEWARE!!! Bait & Switch!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! BROKEN DOOR LOCK Door lock malfunctioned on the first day locking us out of the property after our evening plans and the host NEVER came to resolve the issue! She just kept looking at her iPhone app that was telling her the door was unlocked, but we were physically standing outside of the locked door unable to gain entry. The 2 hours we were in the apartment before we were locked out here are all the items misrepresented on the listing. Listing says it sleeps 6: LIE Sleeps 4 Accommodations are 1 queen bed, a pull out couch and an air mattress. Only provided towels for 4 even though it sleeps "6" Bedding for 2 Dishes for 2 Towel rack pulled off wall Bathroom ceiling is peeling and falling off from moisture problems. Host responds to chat, but mostly just to be contrary and unwilling to fix problems.
