Great overnight stay, best sleep in a long time (bed was very comfy). The shower/toilet area was more compact than some, but the basin area outside of this was great. It was a last minute booking based on reviews and great price, and well worth it. Quiet with easy parking, nice 2 queen room with desk, tv etc etc. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Parking was easy. Heater kept the room nice and warm. They charged a $ 50.00 refundable deposit for things like stained towels or bedsheets, smoking in the room and extra cleaning. I asked what was extra cleaning, vacuuming the floor too long. She laughed. The location was very near our venue. Nice stay. Helpful staff.

If going to ATT Stadium, this is your place. Easily walkable, nice clean and comfortable room. Looks like new owners, or they’re just putting a lot of work into renovating. Booked a week in advance for the Cotton Bowl and couldn’t have been happier.

The room was hot and 2 of the lights had no lightbulbs. Shower doesn’t get that hot. Wouldn’t give us extra towels as we had the Do Not Disturb on our door and when we asked for towels they said no. Other then that the room was clean and the bed was soft.

Environment is quite peaceful but staff on duty is extremely rude, difficult and arrogant. Stay on calls 24/7 even when attending to guests. Carries a big headset all the time which makes it difficult to listen to guests. Argues and never ready to listen to complain even when microwave smells burned and not working.

It looked as though they were in the process of remodeling, the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and it looked fantastic. Staff was nice and overall a pleasant stay. The only complaint I have is the wifi was down during our stay but that's not on them so I'm not reflecting that in my review.

The property is working on repairs and updating rooms. Our room was freshly clean and painted recently updated. Very close to the AT&T stadium. This is a good hotel for family’s. They have microwave and mini refrigerators, specially if you have little ones you can warm up easy meal.

Property in the process of being updated. Room was super clean and bed very very comfy (I sleep on a hybrid mattress at home and this bed was comparable). I am a woman traveling alone and driving a Tesla. I felt safe here. Property has surveillance cameras everywhere. Neighborhood is run down but the setup felt safe with entry to the parking and room area controlled.

The owners/staff is working on renovations and updates to this aged hotel. Is it the most elaborate place? No, but it has good proximity to AT&T stadium (reason for my visit) and it really seemed like the owners/staff is trying to improve things overall. The interior of my room was recently updated and the bed was comfortable. Check-in/out was painless, my deposit was credited back quickly (a day or two) and everything went smooth. Overall a good stay but would suggest some better weather sealing around the exterior doors, perhaps this is still in the update plans.

We have been staying at this hotel/motel for some years now, and I was pleased to see the updated room. It looks much more modern and clean. We liked it. The beds were just a couple inches too high, and the fact that the toilet seat doesn't have a lid throws us off since there's really no place to put stuff inside the tiny bathroom. Just glad to see that they keep making improvements because we like the accessibility to the stadium and other places we enjoy in Arlington. Thank you!

First room has cockroaches and spiders. Heater didn’t work and thin blankets. Second room, after reporting the cockroach landing on my face in the middle of the night, was better. Still no heater but thicker blankets helped. Proximity to AT&T was amazing. Literally walking distance which was the only redeeming feature.
