My parents, my 2 year old and I stayed in this little gem because it was a great location for many toddler friendly activities. It was 4 min from the zoo, 14 min from the aquarium and near several great parks and restaurants with areas for him for run around. The house felt very secure, cleans and updated! The backyard area was great to hang out and let out little man run around. I would stay here again!
The property was clean, contained a great kitchen/dining room gathering space, and met our needs. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, and they do bark, sometimes at night, so if you need a very quiet sleeping environment, this might not be the best, but if that is not an issue, it's a great space, and great access to the light rail or the interstate - many areas of interest within a very short drive! Great stay.
I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10
It was the best!! Perfect fit for 4 people. They communicated very well and responded fast. The dogs from the neighbors omg was the worse other then that everything was good and smooth!! Would most definitely book again.

Super cute house
The house itself was definitely cozy and charming—on the inside. We stayed here for a cheer competition at Kay Bailey, and the location was perfect. However, the neighborhood left something to be desired.Parking options were less than ideal. The driveway is extremely steep—I scraped the bottom of my Traverse pretty badly the first time. To avoid damage, I had to approach at an angle and then straighten out. Street parking wasn’t an option due to the heavy traffic both day and night. The bathroom is not a "get ready" bathroom. There is one vanity. The shower is slippery and narrow. The communication from the host was great. The house was clean and had everything you could need for a stay.
Amazing stay, the backyard was very nice and big, the area is quiet, the pictures don’t do enough justice, the interior is beautiful highly recommend for booking
It was a great stay and really made everything that I needed to do much easier since everything was so close.

Very nice space, the interior was very beautiful and very well equipped. My complaint and reason for the 4 stars would be the rules to strip beds and wash linens and towels after check in after paying 150 for cleaning included in the order.
The property cleanliness was great.. The host provided us with everything we needed for the time we were there.. The location ok it was close to where we wanted to go.
Thank you
Your property was just what we needed! A nice home away from home! It was 10 minutes away from downtown and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here! We will be back next year! Thank you!
The only cleanliness issue we had was bugs in the tub, but that is to be expected with a crawlspace. The driveway is EXTREMELY steep, and my sedan bottomed out toward the top of the driveway, but it is long enough that we didn't have to pull all the way up and avoided that after the first day. Definitely use your emergency parking brake. The neighbor has a rooster and there are several vocal dogs. We got used to it. The house itself is super cute and comfortable. Move out instructions are not cumbersome. Bishop Arts, nearby, is a neat little area with restaurants, shops, and music.
The house smells like cigarette smoke. I contacted the host and she would only communicate through the chat. She disagreed about the smell but it is undeniable. The driveway is very narrow and the next door neighbor almost backed into my car. That is the same neighbor that has many chickens in his backyard with roosters that crow until the sun goes down! We left the house after 3 hours of smelling cigarette smell. I messaged the host to see if she would offer me a refund but she only stated the cancellation policy. I wasn’t canceling..I was refusing to pay for a place that was not up to proper standards.
