After a long day, enjoy a quiet evening indoors or walk to endless nearby nightlife options.



The Space:

Each unit features a private entrance, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a living room equipped with two air mattresses.



Guest Access:

These units are located on the second floor and stairs are required. A lockbox code will be provided the morning of check in.



Other Things to Note:

GENERAL:

Please note that all guests are required to complete a check-in form, sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement, and provide a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving check-in instructions.



Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, and loud voices down to a minimum!

No smoking

No prom groups

No bachelor parties

No more than 4 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)

If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.

Do not park on the sidewalk or in the neighbor's designated parking
