"Clean room diva energy "

"Staff was super friendly and the building and room were clean. This properties only downfall is their location next to the highway. The road noise is pretty loud even at night. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise maker, but something to know if you're a really light sleeper."

"I booked and prepaid my stay there and when I showed up they claimed my name wasn’t in the system. They would let give me a room, said the sold out, and i waited for 3 hours until midnight. Then they booked me a hotel replacement around 1am just to tell me that there was an extra fee of 50 dollars I need to pay upfront and get reimburse when turning a receipt in. I have never experienced and in a business trip and headed out of Dallas at 6am I was forced to sleep in my rental car at the airport from 230am to 530am. I understand things happen but it’s how you take care of it and the hotel left men hanging not trying to help and hotels.com left me hanging as well… 5 total hours waiting for another place, confirming I was at the right hotel (which I was)"

"I checked in, got my keys, they worked for the elevator but not the room... I use the courtesy phone and the lady said she will send up maintenance... I wait 25 minutes no one comes... I call back and this time the lady says the keys need to be recoded... I tell her no lights are coming on at all so the battery is probably out... She says nope come back down... When I get there there's 10 people in front of me so I wait... I finally get the new keys, go to the room and they still don't work... I call back and this time she says hey I have another room available now would you like that??? I says yes and finally after one hour I can finally relax... I open the window to let in some light and the window is being held together with packing tape!!! Later I calll the front desk to ask about parking for my son that I net in Dallas... She tells ne it's 20 per day for here or holiday inn across the street, BUT there is houly parking... I ask how much is that and she says she doesn't know because she doesn't park here!!!!! Next, I get back and want to put some food in the microwave... Only problem there ISN'T ONE!!!!! But breakfast buffet is 20 bucks... They want to rip you off however they can!!! THIS IS THE FREAKING WORST IHG HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!! AND WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS AND NO ONE OFFERED ME ANY POINTS FOr MY TROUBLES!!!!"

"Room was nice, we had to change rooms because the door lock wouldn't work. But Eric was super nice, and moved us to the room next door. Who h I appreciated because I had a 2 yr old and her mom who is handicapped. Plus we were also close to the door on the first floor. That was amazingly wonderful for me, since I was in charge of luggage. "
