"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."

"We have stayed at plenty of “motels” and this was by far the worst. Drug dealers and prostitution and pimps. We couldn’t even get out of our vehicle it was so bad. "
