"The hotel staff was allowed someone to enter the hotel/pool area to video kids swimming in the pool. When confronted the staff member said if I don’t like it to go stay somewhere else. When I spoke to the manager on Monday she called me a liar and said no one entered the pool area from the outside, said even if they did they are welcome to video what ever they want and if I don’t like it that’s my problem. When I asked for the number of her manager or supervisor she hung up on me. I would not recommend this location or any other Holiday Inn. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a hotel. "

"Terrible living room downstairs set up - con comfortable. House was odd as to the efforts made to “fix it up”. You can tell they tried but maybe ran out of or something. It was just not very nice. Neighborhood wasn’t the best either. But no interstate noise just car drag races a few times. Bring a noise machine or use the house provided ear plugs I guess to help. One small common bath upstairs with no fan makes a house full of guys not pleasant. 2 sets of washers and dryers for some reason. There was a big living room upstairs we just didn’t use it. Beds were soft and comfy "

"Room had a leak in the ceiling which looked like it’s been there awhile. Parking fee is ridiculous. "

"The staff being nice but someone really needs to train the housekeepers on how to pull the beds out and clean behind them and mop behind them other than that it was great "

"The room was fairly clean. There was a notable amount of west and treat. It looked like a lot of previous water damage. The 2nd floor looked like it had buckled at dinner point and the walls at the bottom near the restroom appeared to previously have had water damage also. The faucet was broken and kept falling off Everytime I washed my hands, that was a little annoying. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable, nice pillows, comfy covers. A good selection of tv channels was nice. The shower had a good amount of pressure and was refreshing. The noise level was a lot. We're could hear a bunch of banging from upstairs and full conversations of the people in the next room. Loved the check out staff. Nice and positive The breakfast was ok, could have been better but not horrible, just standard hotel food Overall A good stay, I'll return"
