"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"My room was clean and did not look old and beat and that’s a big deal. Making little fresh omelettes instead of the microwave bags is also pretty cool for a small property like that."

"We booked the Pecos Trail Inn at the last minute for an overnight in Sedona. The property was rated 4.6 so we took a chance on this motor inn. The property is very worn on the outside and definitely did not make a great first impression. The front desk help was very good and our room was very clean so that was good. The room was heated by a split but the bathroom did not get any of the heat so it was cold. We also could not get warm water in the bathroom sink. It is a ways out of the historic...

"I wouldn't go back..."

"The rooms were large and clean. There is no coffee in the rooms but free coffee in the lobby, which was really good. Breakfast was great. A/C had a “fan” option for white noise. My only complaint is that we were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in and were told early check in was only for elite members, no exceptions. So we ended up having to get ready for the wedding in a restroom after traveling all morning. Will not choose Holiday Inn again for an event stay."

"I think you need to try harder when it comes to breakfast. Three days out of our four day stay the menue was sausage and scrambled eggs and both were cold. Sausage gravy was served with biscuts one day and was really good."

"Fitness room left much to be desired"

"Good for young couples! Great place to hangout and listen to music and walk around."

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere."

"Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour"

"Beautiful property. Clean. Would stay here again."
