"King suite is spacious and comfortable. Enjoy being able to open window for fresh air. Large TV with lots of channels is a plus. If taking a run is part of routine, there are miles of wide concrete path around the area. Details would elevate the property. Like keep entrance area clean of cigarette butts, replace TV in fitness room and lobby area, treadmill doesn’t look like something you’d want to use, some cracked tiles in the room’s bathroom. Overall, the location is good with proximity to Boulder at a good price and I would be okay with staying there again."

"Request a corner room! We lucked into a corner & it was fantastic. It was actually worth having to wait until 4:00 to get into it. We had a beautiful night to sit outside for drinks. It seemed to be a popular spot with alot of people going into the bar & comedy club downstairs. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice clean hotel with friendly staff! Nova in the lounge was someone who I interacted with the most probably. Friendly and took good care of her customers! Breakfast was standard selections but rotated daily and tasted good. Ample parking. No complaints! I'll probably stay there again next time I'm out that way!"
