"First, let’s be clear. This is not a 5 star resort. At best, it’s an undersupplied, over extended, large 4 start hotel. Most of the property looks like an abandon mall, covered with photos of what could be in those places, or perhaps what used to be in those places. Its unclear. For a massive “resort”, having 1 restaurant on site is ridiculous. For a massive resort that brags about its large pool and private beach, never having enough chairs at either is ridiculous. "The room itself was pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony view straight across to the beachfront was awesome. In fact, the hotel's proximity to the beach and all the local amenities was its biggest plus... great location! The swimming pool out in front of the hotel is a bit small and the surrounding seating area isn't kept very clean by staff or by inconsiderate guests who have no problem leaving behind their garbage and over-flowing ashtrays.
