Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Grieche , Italiener nur 10 m entfernt. Schlafzimmer , Wohnzimmer und Flur sind geräumig, Bad etwas klein (aber zweckmäßig). Küche hat alles was man braucht, wenn man doch mal selber kocht.Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein schönes und modernes Objekt mit kleinen Schwacjstellen.

Das Objekt war freundlich und modern gestaltet. Der breite Flur und die großen Schlafräume haben uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es zu jedem Raum eine deutlich Kante auf dem Fußboden, da der Flur ca 5 cm tiefer lag. Diese Kanten waren leider mit keinen Leisten versehen. Unser Sohn hat sich mehrmals die Füße ziemlich stark gestoßen. Das Wasser in der Dusche schwankte von der Temperatur ( mal kalt mal heiß)
