Fantastic view of the Baltic Sea... directly behind the dyke!

Cozy apartment for up to two people in the resort "Haus am Deich" with sea views. The apartment is on the 3rd Upstairs is divided as follows: hall, shower room, bedroom with separate beds, living room with open kitchen and access to the small roof terrace. A parking lot directly at the house belongs to the apartment. The washer / dryer in the house is available for a small fee. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.


Investment:

 Well-kept apartments right behind the dike. Fully furnished for 1 to 4 persons (about 40 - 45 sqm). All apartments have a balcony to the sea side. Direct lake view you have from the 2nd + 3. Floor off. There are also: garages, resp. Parking space at the house, washing machine, dryer, table tennis and fitness room, bicycle storage, cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided for a surcharge. Pets possible on request. The relaxation and recreation begins in the house on the dike already at breakfast, if you enjoy this on the balcony, listen to the sound of the waves or just watch how the Baltic Sea changes its appearance again and again. Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.

Ich hatte im Haus am Deich schon eine andere Unterkunft. Aber diese war nochmal schöner. Die Möbel scheinen sehr neu zu sein oder zumindest ist das Appartement modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Hammer ist natürlich der große Balkon und die wunderbare Rundumsicht vom Balkon. Eigentlich braucht man kaum an den Strand :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der obersten Etage mit hervorragendem Blick auf die Ostsee. Was leider schade ist, dass der vorhandene Fahrradkeller keinen separaten Zugang von außen hat, die Fahrräder müssen erst zur Hauseingangstür hochgetragen und dann runter zum Fahrradkeller getragen werden. Sonst Sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich. Außer die Betten im sogenannten Schlafzimmer.. Der Raum war leider zu klein. Wir haben aber das beste draus gemacht. Aber wir würden die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.und vor allem das Vermietungsbüro Krebs. Die Kommunikation war Super. Einfach ein toller Urlaub.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, sie war sauber und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Auch mit dem Vermietungs Büro Krebs war die Kommunikation sehr gut da wir schon früh da waren hat sich sofort jemand um uns gekümmert . Jeder Zeit wieder.

Wir waren Ende Mai in Dahme im Haus am Deich im obersten Stockwerk und habe die Aussicht vom Balkon dort sehr genossen. Der Deich ist nur von einer wenig befahrenen Straße getrennt, davor noch die Häuser bzw. Restaurants und Läden an der Promenade und danach schon das Meer. Der Balkon auf der Ostseite bot Schutz vor dem Wind, so dass wir morgens bei Sonne auch bei kühleren Temperaturen draußen Frühstücken konnten. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig und recht gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld per Email und Telefon und der Empfang waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Parkplatz liegt praktisch hinter dem Haus und direkt am Eingang. Insgesamt: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn wir wieder Urlaub in dieser Gegend machen, würden wir zuerst hier nachfragen. Weiterempfehlen werden wir das Haus und den Vermieter auf jeden Fall. Vielen Dank und einen Gruß ans Team.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nur das Schlafsofa war extrem unbequem. Dadurch, dass wir die 2 einzeln stehenden Betten nicht nutzen wollten, waren wir auf das Schlafsofa angewiesen. Die Übergänge der Elemente sind hart und kantig. Wenn man aber die Bettdecken der einzelnen Betten unter das eigene Spannbettlaken packt, dann geht es auch gut auf der Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten schön aufgeteilt. Wir kommen wieder!

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist Top. Sie ist frisch renoviert, hat ein neues Bad und ist mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Am Besten hat uns der große Balkon mit Meerblick und Sonne bis zum Nachmittag gefallen. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt sind die Betten im Schlafzimmer. Diese sind sehr bequem, allerdings zwecks Stauraum darunter sehr hoch angebracht. Diese erschwert den Ausstieg. Es hat uns in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt. Sie war wirklich sehr sauber. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir herzlich und freundlich von Frau Krebs empfangen.
