Wohnung kleiner als erwartet
Im Inserat ist von 55 Quadratmetern die Rede. Auf unsere Nachfrage beim Vermittlungsbüro wurde uns gesagt, dass der Balkon eingerechnet sei. Ob das so korrekt ist oder nicht, sei mal dahingestellt. Faktisch ist die Wohnung sehr eng. Insbesondere Schlafzimmer und Flur. Wir waren nur zu zweit, von einer Belegung mit 4 Personen können wir nur abraten.
