"We really loved staying in this property. I stayed at the Big Horn room and it was great, my girls enjoyed it so much, it was beautifully decorated and it was SO clean. Renee was always available to contact in case of any questions and we also met the owner who was on the property making sure everything was smooth. "Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes.
