This Modern Mountain Escape is not just a place to lay your head, it's a destination! Book your stay today in this brand new, luxury home with hot tub perfectly nestled on private acreage between Two Run Creek and the National Forest. This property is pet-friendly, and pet fees apply.*

Whether entertaining a close group of friends or making an escape to the mountains with the family, you'll find this cabin has something for you. Enjoy the privacy of the primary bedroom suite on the entry level, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a spacious walk-in shower. The main level boasts a vast open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a well-appointed kitchen. Be sure to make time to have some fun by playing billiards at the pool table or throwing a friendly game of darts. On the third level you can have more fun at the multi-game arcade cabinet or enjoy a movie while playing one of the many board games in the lounge area. When it's time to call it a night, two more private bedrooms each with queen beds and their own TVs await, with the third full bath located conveniently between them. Enjoy the flexible sleeping options, with each bed having a twin trundle bed underneath it.

If you do trek outside or play in Two Run Creek, feel free to end your adventure by rinsing off Mother Nature with the convenience of the outdoor shower before heading back inside. For longer adventures that require taking provisions with you, like a day exploring nearby waterfalls or touring wineries, fill up your cooler from the icemaker located just inside the main entry. If you want to get out and explore, this cabin is 20 minutes/11.4 miles from downtown Dahlonega and 17 minutes/7.4 miles to Montaluce Winery. Another popular winery is Wolf Mountain Vineyards, which is about 20 minutes/12 miles away.

Property Notes:
- The internet available at this property is satellite internet. This service is available for guests to make Wi-Fi calls, send texts, and research local activities. Not recommended for video meetings or streaming video. However, DirecTV is available in all bedrooms, loft, and living room.
- Cell phone service is not available in the cabin and is extremely limited throughout most of the property exterior. Wi-Fi voice calling and messaging should be utilized once guests arrive and throughout your stay.
- No RVs, campers, or large trailers without approval.
- We have a smart doorbell camera at the main entry door.
- The garage is off limits to guests.
- Hike and swim in the creek at your own risk.
- House is located on a gravel road, but no 4WD is needed to access the property.

Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is $85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. The first pet will be included in your booking total if you select "Pets" when booking. Please let us know about any additional pets right after you book and we will charge your payment method before your stay. We handle additional pets manually so pet fees are more affordable for guests. No more than four pets without approval, and pets must be in crates while not attended.

Q: What if I accidentally damage something?
A: There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.

Q: Is there a fee for extra guests?
A: Please select the correct number of guests when booking, as there is a $10 (per person, per night) extra guest fee for each guest after 6.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Although we have a firm cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.

Q: What kind of coffee maker do you have?
A: Our property has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.

Q: Do you provide firewood?
A: We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at any of the local gas stations or grocery stores.

Q: What kind of grill do you have?
A: We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.

Q: When is check-in/checkout?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.

Q: How do I check in?
A: The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.

Q: I thought I saw a different booking price the other day. Why did the price change?
A: This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Additionally, although we have a firm cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.

No music, loud noise, or sound-amplifying equipment outside between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

No pets without a pet fee. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought. No more than four pets without approval, and pets must be in crates while not attended.

Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS.

Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside.

Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee.

Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee.

Any checkout more than 2 hours after check out will result in a fee for the entire daily rate, without any discounts, and guests will still not have rights to the property.

Any guests checking out late that cause us to refund the next guests are subject to reimburse us for that amount, on top of the fees previously stated.

If any house keys are lost or not returned at checkout, a minimum fee of $100 per missing item will apply, depending on the unit and type of item lost.

Quiet and peaceful modern cabin
Clean property, very nice comfortable modern cabin, open floor plan, spacious, in a secluded and quiet area. Nice cabin for getaway with girlfriends or couples. Nice balcony and river feature. Nice for families too. Well equipped kitchen. I would book again for sure. Feedback: bottom level is concrete floor. Needs rugs or go ahead and LVT the bottom level. Also note 10 am checkout time.
