"Excellent location and walking distance to major sites."

"Clean, had utensils and cooking ware for the apartment"

"The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. We could have brought more clothes during the trip as we expected to be able to wash our clothes and not packed them dirty. Room cleaning is once a week which was our entire stay, sheets were not changed and room was not cleaned. They have to clean more...

"Prima en ruim appartement in een levendige buurt in Berlijn. Vanaf 4 hoog mooi uitzicht op de winkels, restaurantjes en barretjes. De ramen waren prima geluidsisolerend. Het appartement was nét gerenoveerd en schoon. Er is geen fysieke receptie, wat ik wel prettig vond. De communicatie met de receptie verliep online en was snel. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable. The staff were kind, and the location is convenient, close to public transportation and some of Berlin’s main...

"Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp. They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready. Everything was clean and set up nicely. Free water, coffee, earplugs Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy Friendly staff Cons: The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground. It was only one double sofa bed,...

"Sauberes Zimmer, S-Bahn vor der Tür, gut für Tagesausflüge"
