This property, part of an ancient farmhouse, offers comfortable accommodation for your next holiday in the Dordogne.



On the ground floor, a few steps lead to the living area, and one of the bedrooms. Further steps lead to another bedroom with a private toilet and washbasin.



Outdoor amenities include a vast unfenced land equipped with a table tennis table, a terrace adjacent to the main entrance with garden furniture and a view of the pool. The private heated pool measures 12 m x 6 m and is equipped with an electric safety cover.



Please note that this holiday rental is part of the owners' farmhouse, where they reside in the central part. Another independent holiday rental (sleeps 4) with its own pool is situated on the property, ensuring privacy for each accommodation unit as they are positioned behind each other.

The house is located in a hamlet not far from the village of Daglan where you will find all shops.
