In a wooded park of 5000 m2, 250 meters from the center of the tourist village of Daglan with all amenities, 15 km from the most beautiful sites of Périgord Noir, such as La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, and 15 kms from Sarlat, we have at your disposal 3 rentals that can accommodate from 2 to 10 people.
The cottage is decorated with a garden furniture, table, chairs and plancha. It benefits from modern facilities, to bring you maximum comfort: plates, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc ....
You will enjoy the superb pool of 14 m x 7 m and its jacuzzi, common to 3 rentals, sunbathing and parasols

Le Cuzoul is part of a 3 Gite property in spacious grounds with its own pool. The Gite itself is fairly basic but that is ok as you live most of the time outside during the summer months. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming and Daglan is a wonderfully picturesque and attractive village. The property is well located for exploring the local area and is within a few km's of cycling, canoeing and country walks as well as being close to a number of good markets. Overall a good place to stay

Très belle découverte de la région. Gîte très bien situé par rapport aux différents site à visiter (chateaux, jardin, village...). Parc et piscine autour du gîte magnifique. Un bé mol toutefois, la communication désagréable avec la personne désignée comme l'hôte par le propriétaire.

Le gîte est correctement équipé, de manière fonctionnelle pour les vacances à l'intérieur. Il y a 2 terrasses. Elles ne sont pas couvertes, il est nécessaire de faire de l'ombre avec un parasol fourni. C'est peut être insuffisant en cas de de forte chaleur. Il serait nécessaire de prévoir également des moustiquaires aux fenêtres au moins. La piscine est très jolie, le jacuzzi non chauffé (juillet). Elle est partagée entre 3 gîtes.

Nous avons loue du 19 au 26 aout 2023. Notre sejour a ete tres agréable. Magnifique parc avec grande piscine et jacuzzi. Arrivee simple, les cles étaient disponibles dans la boite a cle, possibilité de location de draps . Endroit reposant. Gite propre. A 15 min de nombreux villages. Et a 30 min de sarlat. Magnifique region. On recommande.

Un accueil chaleureux, un emplacement parfait et calme, une prestation largement à la hauteur avec un logement très propre et fonctionnelle, bien décoré et tout à disposition pour en profiter au mieux, un jardin et une très belle piscine qui ajoutent encore à ce parfait séjour

Séjour au top, hébergement au calme dans un charmant village. Logement parfait, ainsi que la piscine qui est la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous étions trois, mon mari et moi, ainsi que notre fille. On est au calme et proche de beaucoup de lieux touristiques. Merci pour ce séjour.

Ce logement fait partie des dépendances d une maison ancienne logement sans vide sanitaire sans système de ventilation ce qui le rend lorsque la météo est mauvaise très humide. Pas de chauffage et pas de sèche serviette, mon avis aurait été different si nous avions eu du beau temps mais un minimum d amélioration est à faire par contre très beau terrain avec piscine et proximité du village où vous ne trouverez que le strict minimum.

très bon accueil par les propriétaires . très bonne situation géographique dans un charmant petit village , au calme mais pas loin des sites majeurs du Périgord Noir . très belle piscine à partager entre 3 gîtes mais la disposition de la grande propriété permet à chacun de trouver sa place cosy dans son espace ou de faire connaissance avec les autres . occupants . Une voie verte pour vélo VTC tranquille mène du village à la Dordogne sans grosse déclivité . Le gîte est à deux pas de la place du marché local (dimanche matin ) ,d' une supérette et de deux restaurants .A recommander .

Das Appartment war gemütlich und sauber. Der riesige Garten besonders mit Hund hervorragend. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist hervorragend, fünf Minuten zum Bäcker. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Très bon accueil, l'appartement situé dans un parc superbe et parfaitement entretenu, est très bien équipé et confortable, la piscine et le jacuzzi très agréables sont accessibles aux locataires des 3 locations, donc peu fréquentés. Je recommande cette location !

On peut se sentir très à l'aise dans ce gite autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Coin détente privé et accès à la piscine. Tout l'équipement nécessaire à un séjour agréable. La nature environnante crée une ambiance de repos et de calme. On a apprécié égalemnt la possiblilité de se rendre au village à pied en quelques minutes pour le boulanger, l'épicier ou les restos.

We hadden een erg leuke vakantie in deze comfortabele woning. Het is er erg rustig en mooi gelegen en op wandelafstand van Daglan. Het grote zwembad zorgde voor de nodige verkoeling op hete dagen :-). In de buurt is er heel veel te zien, we hebben ons geen dag verveeld.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Cuzoul pour nos premières vacances à trois. La location est très bien équipée, il y a tout comme à la maison et aussi tout le nécessaire pour bébé. Les propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus; la grande piscine est très agréable surtout quand il fait très chaud. Seul bémol dommage que le jacuzzi ne soit pas chaud. Plein de choses dans les environs à voir : le château de castelnaud, la réserve zoologique, le village de Domme, le marché de Sarlat et sa ville et bien sûr rocamadour à ne pas manquer et encore plein de belles choses à voir. Si vous voulez passer des vacances inoubliables n hésitez pas à réserver ici vous ne serez pas déçu !

Situation idéale, proche du centre ville. Nous étions dans le Gîte le Cuzoul, très bien équipé, très propre. Grand jardin et grande piscine fort appréciables. Attention aux graviers autour :) Très bon accueil, un séjour agréable !
