"We had a very pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the hotel staff. From the doormen and bellboys who greeted us upon arrival, to the reception team, Guest Relations Managers, and restaurant waitresses, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff were well trained and spoke very good English, which made communication easy and allowed us to receive any service or assistance we needed without difficulty. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable."

"I love this hotel. Really clean and nice to stay at. For example, I wear screw in earrings and, after I got back to my room from a long day, I saw a piece on the bedside table. To which I then realized I lost my earring. But when I went into the bathroom, the other side was there. Which just goes to show how well the staff was at cleaning the room to which they find such small parts and leave it where it can be found."
