Reception area is common to guests staying at the hotel as well as to visitors heading to the bar/hotel at the top of the building - causing crowds during certain times. 3. Bathroom countertop is tight - can't keep many items. The glass partition should include sliding door so shower area alone is wet. 4. Had problems at the time of check-in....
