Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle to the nearest subway stations, which is a game-changer for getting around. The best part? All of these fantastic services are provided without any expectation of a tip. A huge shout-out to the entire staff—you are all superstars! The service here is a perfect 10 out of 10. And let's not forget about the pool—an Olympic-sized, five-meter deep masterpiece that is simply amazing.""

"I have stayed here twice now and will again whenever in Taipei. It’s a super convenient location with an entrance to Taipei Main station right in front of the building. The building also connects directly to the metro mall during daytime. The rooms are spacious and clean, and tv had all the channels including HBO and movie and news channels in English. There are laundry facilities which are free of charge and the only reason I don’t give all 5 stars is the dryers were pretty weak, taking a couple hours to get almost dry. The staff was very accommodating, They were able to check me in 3 1/2 hours early which was an unexpected blessing on a sweltering hot day. There’s a Louisa Coffee on the first floor and a Family Mart as well. Dozens of dining options nearby including street food outside the rear entrance. I didn’t drive but there is a parking garage in the basement too. "

"This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay."
