"It was a lovely stay. The house was clean and well supplied, we got to see the beach in a more natural setting without a lot of people around (in fact, we mostly had the beach to ourselves) The host was lovely to work with. I would recommend the city putting in a pedestrian crossing light to get across to the beach. But other than that, it was a great place to stay. Met all of our needs and made for a great experience. If we are ever back in Florida I would consider staying here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect for our trip - plenty of fishing and shopping. Not to mention that we got to sample good food both in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. Travel to and from these places was easy. The best part of this location is that once you get to the home after a day of city craziness, it is quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed having the screened lanai and pool. Our property manager, Lee, was very easy to contact, though we had no complaints or issues, we felt sure that had we needed anything at all, Lee would be on it for us. We will be back and highly recommend this property."

"Beach access was close by. Avalon State Park and Fort Pierce State Park was close by as well. There's a Publix about four miles away for groceries. Bike trails right on A1A. And of course so much to do in the Vero Beach and Fort Pierce downtown area.Large house to accommodate a large family...plenty of room. Quiet area too."

"We had a really nice and relaxing stay at this property! Great location, just a short walk to private beach. Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. The house was clean and everything in excellent condition.There were a few things that could be improved. It was never clear to us if we could park close to the beach access, we had also brought kayaks believing we could drop them close to the river access but there was a padlock on gate preventing vehicle access (which is fine, just mention in the listing). The house could use more dishes and bedding, a better vacuum or broom as it’s a beach house and things get sandy. There were also 4-5 beach chairs and a wagon. Glad they were there but no mention in listing. The house is managed by Vacasa, I did try to ask some questions ahead of time but you get an AI response. An updated listing with more details would have been a plus. Overall though, these things were minor and we would definitely rent again. We really enjoyed our time here and I would recommend!"
