"I booked this property due to having 2 separate sleeping/living spaces. My friend and I were able to work compatibly during the day and come together for meals. The town was cute and the walk up to the viewing platform was not too challenging. It was a great get away. "

" Our stay at Derek and Lauren’s vacation home in Concan, TX, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful scenery, the well-maintained property, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to float, swim, and soak in the beauty of the area. Derek and Lauren were wonderful hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories, this is it. "This property is really nice. Our hostess answered any questions we had and she was so nice. The property is very quiet and it has so much space. Overall it was extremely comfortable. It’s only a few miles from Seven Bluffs. My grandchildren loved it and want to return. We will be back soon!"
