Our holiday home is located in Poland on the outskirts of Czluchow (Schlochau). Lake Rychnowskie is 100 metres from the holiday home. You can swim, canoe, sail and fish there. You can switch off and find peace and quiet in the woods growing right next to the house. You can also pick blueberries and mushrooms there. Despite its close proximity to nature, the holiday home is only three kilometres from the centre of Czluchow. You can go shopping, visit restaurants and sightseeing there. The holiday home is stylishly furnished. You will feel at home there. The fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room, a kitchen with a "lounge bar" and a modern bathroom. "The lounge bar" is an ideal setting for small parties and long conversations late into the night.Upstairs you will find two cosy bedrooms and an interior balcony from which you have a unique view of the ground floor.The modern architecture with large, open, bright rooms and the gallery (interior balcony), from which you can admire the holiday home from a bird's eye view, ensure luxury in the house. Very good furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace and designer furniture round off the offer. We also offer you plenty of space for your holiday by the lake. Almost 100 square metres of living space, over 30 square metres of terrace and 1300 square metres of land. All this just for you. The luxury holiday home has interesting interior and exterior lighting, which is equipped with many beautiful lighting effects and, just like the fireplace, can create a romantic atmosphere. the house gallery on the upper floor brings a lot of light and air into the holiday home and thus increases the living value. You can retreat here without being completely cut off from the goings-on in the house. From the gallery you have a unique view of the ground floor. There are also two bedrooms with double beds on this floor. The location of the holiday home also ensures luxury. Lake almost on the doorstep, surrounded by forest, peace and fresh air.
In the living room you will find a modern leather sofa to relax on and a fireplace to create a romantic atmosphere. If you need entertainment, you can switch on the 40-inch TV and receive German TV channels on the satellite system. Our 5.1 home cinema system ensures very good sound quality and a cinema feeling. The kitchen is very well equipped. There you will find everything you need for cooking or baking. "The Lounge Bar" is the perfect setting for small parties and long conversations well into the night. The dining area is very bright. You can have a cosy breakfast or lunch there.
Location description : Rychowskie LakeThe Rychnowskie Lake, where our holiday home is located, is 157 hectares in size and up to 31.5 metres deep. It is also connected to two other lakes (Miejskie and Czluchowkie). So you have enough water near the house for swimming, canoeing, sailing or fishing. A "wild beach" is 100 metres away on foot. There is a public beach about 500m from the holiday home and the wild beach is ideal for fishing, swimming and canoeing. You will find a barbecue area, fire pit, beach volleyball court, table tennis table, a small bathing area with fine sand and a jetty. On the large playground, your children can spend wonderful time in the fresh air directly on the lake.the public beach "Seebad in Czluchow" was expanded and renovated in 2012. A large sandy beach with a jetty awaits you here. You can prove yourself on the high ropes course or play minigolf. You or your children can enjoy a great climbing experience on the high ropes course. Various courses, such as steel cables, suspension bridges and ropeways, with different levels of difficulty and heights are available to you. Your children will have lots of fun in the water park.town of CzluchowOne of the most important sights in the town of Schlochau is the castle tower. It is 46 metres tall and offers you the opportunity to enjoy a bird's eye view of the town and the wonderful landscape. Also worth seeing in Schlochau is the baroque St James' Church. It is located near the market square and is very easy to find. When you enter the gates of the church, you suddenly don't hear the noise of the city. It's a good place to switch off and meditate. In addition, a short prayer has never hurt anyone.Canpol service areaThe Canpol service area in Schlochau has been crowned the most beautiful service area in Poland for several years in a row. It is only 5 km away from the holiday home and is located directly on the country road 22. To reach the service area from the holiday home, please take the country road 22 in the direction of Czluchow until you see the service area on the right-hand side of the road. You can enjoy Polish cuisine of the best quality there, and the interior of the service area has been very elaborately built in the old style. The service area also has a long go-kart track. If you have children, take them to the service area ZOO. You will certainly enjoy the trip to Canpol. Town of ChojniceThe town of Chojnice is only 9km from the luxury holiday home. The town market invites you to take a stroll. We recommend you to visit the "Cafe Widokowa". If you take a table by the window in the cafe, you will have a marvellous view of the whole old town.
