"We just returned from a last-minute three-night getaway and absolutely loved this place! Everything was as good or better than advertised. The home is well-equipped, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Strong, easy-to-join Wi-Fi, Roku smart TVs in every bedroom, and even properly marked fire extinguishers show the owners' attention to detail.The arrival process was smooth—we received the door code ahead of time, and it worked flawlessly. The owners/property managers were quick to respond and very gracious.The location is perfect—just 1.3 miles from Super Target, Publix, and tons of food options—yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The garage is deep enough for a full-size vehicle (up to 200") with room to close the door.We loved the clean pool and newly updated pool deck. The fully fenced grassy backyard was great for relaxing. The nearby Flagler County airport has no commercial flights; we enjoyed watching the occasional small plane without any noise issues.Flagler Beach is only 15 minutes away, and heading south on A1A takes you to beautiful county and state park beaches with easy boardwalk access and no beach traffic.Truly a fantastic stay—we’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"The property is new and beautiful with the best equipped kitchen and pantry we have experienced (and we have vacation rented a lot). Great communication with the host. Trundle mattress was a nice surprise. There’s a Publix six minutes away and the beach is 15 minutes away. Would definitely return! Top notch experience. "

"My husband and ankther couple drove from Wisconsin to attend Rockville which was a 4-day music festival. We Spent 5 nights here. The host allowed us early access without asking, the house was well stocked with essentials, clean and comfortable. We were able to rest and reset well before each day and didn't even have time to use all that it had to offer (pool, comfortable couch for movie streaming, etc). Any questions we had Leyla answered promptly. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Palm Coast area. 10/10"

"The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and highways, not too far from beaches, downtown St. Augustine and Daytona. We really appreciated that it was pet friendly, with a nice fenced-in yard. We had a wonderful stay at this property and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "
