"This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG."

"We stayed in the downstairs unit of the home which came with garage parking, wrap around porch, and backyard space with fire pit! Sadly, it rained many of the days we were there so we didn't get to make use of the pit, but the home was typical of many of other older ones in the neighborhood in regard to layout and space- perfect for two people though there is a second bedroom. The only complaints we had were that a few days after arrival we discovered the dryer was stuffed full of wet linens...

"We rented this house as a base for our son's college graduation and family visits. Jay met us for check in and went over the cool features of the house. The house was clean, and kitchen stocked with essential tools. It was centrally located to the activities we planned for our stay, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay, and if we are headed back this way we would definitely rent this again."

We felt right at home and definitely will be back. Truly enjoy host Anita Kay as this was my 2nd stay at one of her properties and it definitely won’t be my last. Great at communicating and she provides all that you need for a pleasant stay."
