"This was a trip to Wales for the EPRC finals in Cardiff, picked this hotel as it was close to Cardiff, rail connections were good into the city which was recommended "

"Staff were brilliant in all areas. I could not get into my car as someone parked too close and as I have a back problem, one of the staff got in from the passenger side and got the car out. All staff were brilliant. One suggestion - as vehicle parking is not controlled by the hotel, they do not know the car numbers of the guests and there is no way to find out whose car it is. Please tell all hotels to take the vehicle number as it will be very useful in a situation like this "
