Cottage on 5h plot by Causse de Martel, near Dordogne + sites such as Padirac, Sarlat. Lots of character: washhouse, baker’s oven, 19th century barn + dry stone walls. All mod-cons, quality décor. Renovations respect the environment (natural products + treatments, locally sourced materials). Relax with nature, gdns, terrace, hammam, gym. Footpaths to discover Causse. Bikes available. Bread baking. Horses. Tiled, heated pool (12.5mx5m) in keeping with surroundings (overflow, stone wall, submerged beach, pergola w/ chairs + loungers). Salt electrolysis system (no chlorine), good quality filtration. Electronic cover for safety. Shared with the owners. Site available in spring and autumn when cottage gardens are particularly pleasant. Small gardens + orchards guarantee peace + quiet. Off-peak short stays can be arranged, short weeks (Mon–Fri) or weekends (Fri-Sun). For hygiene, beds have quilts, sheets are provided, beds made on your arrival. Open fire in winter. Bookcase, board games.

This property was better than we expected, it was in an ideal loaction and gave us ample room for everyone. Every room had its own shower and ghey were done with great style and attention. There was more than ample room for anyone wanting peace and quiet. You had a choice of out door seating but our favourite was the front under the vine. The pool was fantastic as well. If you are looking for a 5 star place to stay, this is it. The host was fantastic and his fig chutney is to die for. Will definitely dray again.

Le gîte est au calme. Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour découvrir la région et faire de belles ballades. Nos hôtes sont très disponibles. Météo peu clémente mais très bon séjour.

Demeure rustique avec jardin dans un village .Très jolis environs avec nombreux sites à visiter. Piscine(à partager avec les hôtes)Hammam bien appreciable avec petite salle de sports. A noter que les commerces de proximité se situent à qq kilomètres et non pas sur place dans le village.Jean-Luc est un hôte disponible très à l'écoute des demandes formulées.

louée à la Toussaint, la maison s'est révélée cosy et confortable et l'accueil du propriétaire attentif et sympathique; un chemin passant devant la maison permet une jolie randonnée; la situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter le Lot.

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, les environs à visiter magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et accueillants mais l’annonce ne précise que leur maison est collée et que la piscine est de leur côté, du coup on se baigne devant eux pendant leurs repas, et des membres de leur famille viennent parfois se baigner avec vous. A vu du prix (excessif par rapport à ce qu’on trouve dans la région) nous ne nous attendions pas à cela.

Nous sommes restés une semaine en famille dans cette vieille batisse restorée avec soin, mélant avec gout des matériaux nobles d'origine à une decoration raffinée qui sait rester simple. La maison est chaleureuse et accueillante et on s'y sent immédiatement bien. Elle est bien particulièrement bien équipée, de la cuisine à la salle de sport et au hamman, en passant par la bibliothèque et les jeux pour enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés et la campagne environnante, preservée. Nous louons souvent et cette maison, bien plus qu'une location de vacances est une maison de campagne où l'on s'imagine rester bien plus longtemps!

Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de fin d'année en famille à la Bouysse Haute. Tout était parfait: accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, gîte rénové et décoré avec goût et surtout impeccable.Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous car le gîte possédait tout l'équipement et le confort nécessaires et même plus! Encore merci à Nadine et Pierre pour leur accueil chaleureux, le sapin, la bouteille et toutes les petites attentions qui ont rendu ce séjour trop court ! :) Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute! Nous le recommandons aux gens avec animaux de compagnie, pour des vacances en famille et même des séjours en amoureux.

En famille avec deux enfants, nous avons été très au large dans le gîte qui peut accueillir le double de personnes. Les deux terrasses, arrière et avant, permettent de profiter pleinement de la journée, celle sur l'avant de la maison étant à l'abri des quelques bruits de le route qui passe au nord. La grande piscine est toute proche, agréable et l'aménagement extérieur est parfait. Enfin nous devons souligner la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires. L'invitation à la traditionnelle fête du pain organisée a été un grand moment de convivialité et d'échange. Très belle adresse pour des vacances réussies dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. A recommander.

Un grand merci à Nadine et Pierre pour leur accueil bien au dessus de nos espérances. Le gite était très propre et conforme aux photos (il semble juste un peu plus grand en photo). Une corbeille confectionnée par nadine nous attendait à notre arrivée et le pot d'accueil du soir très sympathique. De plus nous avons eu la grande chance d'être invité gracieusement à la fête du pain que les propriétaires avaient organisé autour du four à pain ancien de la propriété. Les pizzas de nadine sont sublimes. Et tout cela avec orchestre local... Alors, moi je me demande ce que j'aurais avoir voulu de plus.... En dehors de ces invitations, leur présence était discrète. Et bien sure la piscine est geniale, chauffée et grande. MARC , SOPHIE ET VALENTIN

A recommander.... tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour agréable... Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires... On apprécie le gîte confortable et décoré avec goût, rénové dans sa totalité par ses propriétaires qui nous ont particulièrement surpris par leur savoir faire dans tous les domaines... On apprécie également la salle de remise en forme Hamman, a piscine et les petits coins de détente sous des tonnelles en fer forgé qui parsèment la propriété....

Le gîte est à l'image de ses propriétaires: accueillant et chaleureux, on s'y sent chez soi dès l'arrivée. La situation géographique du domaine permet la visite des plus beaux sites du Périgord. Merci à Nadine et à Pierre d'avoir contribué à un super séjour en compagnie de nos enfants (30 ans) et de notre petit fils de 4 mois.On n'a qu'une envie c'est d'y revenir.

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux de Nadine et Pierre. Un gîte présentant tout le confort et l'équipement souhaités. La situation permet de découvrir à pied l'habitat et l'environnement (superbes) mais également des sites faciles d'accès aussi bien dans le Lot qu'en Corrèze ou Dordogne. Cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes : calme et détente. Les moments lecture ont pu se partager entre le coin du feu ou les agréables petits jardins. Un plus : le hammam et les activités sportives (la saison ne se prêtait pas à l'utilisation de la piscine : nous pensons revenir pour tester...).
