Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Tolle Lage. Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Allerdings könnte die Couch, die auch als Schlafcouch genutzt werden kann, erneuert werden. Die Couch ist absolut durchgesessen und ein bequemes sitzen um fernzusehen nicht möglich. Wir haben uns beholfen, indem wir Sitzkissen vom Stuhl untergelegt haben. So ging es einigermaßen. Das sollte aber keine dauerhafte Lösung sein. So eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung sollte auch eine vernünftige Couch beinhalten. Sehr schön ist der Balkon mit der Nachmittagssonne. Ebenso der Tiegaragenplatz und die Möglichkeit in einem Käfig Fahrräder unterzustellen. Die Übergabe/Abgabe der Schlüssel mit der Verwaltung hat sehr gut geklappt. Alles in allem war das ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung.
