Holidays on the North Sea with a variety of leisure options

The cozy apartment is located on the 1st OG and is 56m² in size. It is located directly at the nature reserve Wernerwald, 900m from the sandy beach. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160x200cm and one in the attic with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The living room is furnished with a couch, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a small dishwasher. The apartment also has a balcony.
A cot and high chair are also available.
A separate parking space belongs to the apartment.

Sahlenburg is a health resort that offers you the unique Wadden Sea, the heath landscape, the Werner forest and the idyllic Finkenmoor.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Sahlenburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Das Objekt ist gut für Familien mit etwas älteren Kindern geeignet, da die angegeben Treppe zum Obergeschoss steil ist ( wie im Inserat angegeben). Die Lage ist Top. Man ist in wenig Gehminuten direkt am Strand oder im Wald und durch die nahe Busstation ist man auch ohne Auto schnell in Cuxhaven. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll, auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt.

Grundsätzlich OK

Die Wohnung war für uns als Paar optimal. Gute geschnitten und auch eine gute Lage. Die Sauberkeit konnte nur leider nicht überzeugen. Schmutz der Vorgänger war leider noch auf dem Tisch, den Spiegeln, im Bad und im Schlafzimmer zu finden. Das war leider nicht so schön und den Wohlfühlfaktor doch stark geschmälert. Wenn hier noch nachgebessert wird, aber auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cuxhaven im Orkan

Super windiges, verlängertes Wochenende am Watt in der schönen, kleinen Ferienwohnung genossen. Das Apartment war klein, für uns Fünf aber ausreichend. Sehr sauber, nett und freundlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kids hatten oben ihr eigenes Reich. Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war perfekt, fühlten uns gut und schnell informiert bei offenen Fragen, eine freundliche Willkommensatmosphäre hat geherrscht

Schöner Jahreswechsel

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Cuxhaven verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung! Wir (4 Erwachsene+Hund) haben den kurzen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Treppe ins obere Schlafzimmer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung nah am Strand

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Fahrradverleihe sind ein paar Meter weiter - damit kann man super die Gegend erkunden und ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Mit dem Bus vom Cuxhavener Bahnhof kommt man direkt zur Wohnung. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort, es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Tolle Wohnung

Diese Wohnung haben wir in einem tip-top gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Nicht nur schick eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzblank, sehr geschickt ausgenutztes Platzangebot und für unsere Zwecke optimal geeignet. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir wären sehr gern länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Durch die Aufteilung über 2 Ebenen trat man sich zu fünft nicht auf die Füße. Auch für schlechtes Wetter ist vorgesorgt mit Büchern und/ oder DVD‘s. Komplikationslose Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter, sehr freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder😃

sehr schön

Wir haben uns in dem Ferien - Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber und schön. Unsere Kinder haben zwar WLAN vermisst, aber als das Wetter besser wurde, war das kein Thema mehr. Einzig die Treppe in den ersten Stock war für unseren etwas älteren Hund extrem anstrengend, aber es war ja nur für zwei Wochen. Sonst war es sehr schön, empfehlendswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben

Super Abwicklung bei der Buchung, Bezahlung, Schlüsselübergabe. Alles war wie beschrieben und sauber. Für uns 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zw. 3 - 9 Jahren vollkommen ausreichend. Gut, dass es auch einen Wäscheständer gab (besonders nach den Badeausflügen). Spielzeug und PanTau kamen (nicht nur ;-) ) bei den Kindern gut an. Für unsere Jacken und Handtücher waren auch genügend Haken (bzw. Kleiderbügel) da (ist leider nicht in vielen Quartieren so). Ist empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistung gut.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Gut geeignet für max. 4 Personen. Gute Lage da zentral und nah am Wald (gut für Hunde). Ausstattung gut. Würde für einen Kurztrip für mich sofort wieder in Frage kommen. Optimal für ein langes Wochenende. Alles was mit der Buchung war absolut Problemlos. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Gelungener Urlaub
