For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna, steam room (all extra), playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Schöne Unterkunft ohne Wlan

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in einer netten, ruhigen Anlage. Leider war im obersten Stock des Gebäudes kein WLAN Empfang. Da die Unterkunft mit WLAN beworben und verkauft wird, leider ein Mangel. Auf Nachfragen beim Personal wurde mir recht knapp und unkulant mitgeteilt, dass man da nix machen könnte und ich ja das WLAN im Erdgeschoss nutzen könnte... Keinerlei entgegen kommen oder Angebote vom Personal. Schade.

Schöne Anlage

Die Wohnung war durchaus zufriedenstellend. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass auch ein Eierkocher vorhanden wäre und zumindestens zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier. Die zwei sehr kleinen Balkons wären bei einer intensiven Reinigung (Geländer, Fußboden) sehr schmuck. Für ältere Gäste sind die Betten arg niedrig. Aber es hat uns gefallen, und wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, frisch renoviert, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Wünsche wurden erfüllt, Umgang mit Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert, guter Service z. B. konnten Gummistiefel, Bücher, Fön etc. ausgeliehen werden. Abreise-/ Anreiseformalitäten sehr unkompliziert. Späte An- /Abreise problemlos möglich.

Schöne Wohnung - netter Kontakt

Wir haben die Wohnung 2109 in der 3. Etage mit unseren beiden Kindern bekommen, die eine andere ist als auf den Fotos hier. Daher erst Verwunderung - Wohnung aber anscheinend mindestens gleichwertig. Schöne Wohnung, gerade das Turmzimmer. Interieur zum Teil leicht kaputt (Macken in Türen, Bilderrahmen und Schrägen) - Utensilien zahlreich und vollständig. Wohnung sowie Badezimmer sauber, geräumig und groß. Service und Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Guten Gewissens weiterzuempfehlen. :-)

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal

Nette Ferienwohnung, hat schon bessere Tage gesehen (Ofen wird beisp. nicht richtig heiss). Es wurde sich aber um alle Dinge und Anmerkungen sofort gekümmert. Wenn man das Turmzimmer hat, hat man beim Essen einen tollen Rundumblick. Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock. Der Spielplatz wurde jeden Tag geharkt, die anlageeigenen Tiere (Hühner, Katzen)begeistern vor allem kleine Kinder.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Für unsere Zwecke bot die Ferienwohnung CUX164 alles. Geführt wird sie von freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Obwohl in der Jahreswechselwoche die Grundkosten ohnehin hoch sind, taten die zusätzlichen Nebenkosten von 230€ für eine Woche incl Wäschepaket und Kurtaxe etwas weh. Für Leute mit Handicap fehlt der Hinweis dass sich die Wohnung im 3.OG befindet. Für uns war das kein Problem, so dass wir aus d.Turmzimmer das Silvesterfeuerwerk genießen konnten. Leider hat die Wohnung nur ein Bad

Verbesserungsfähig bedürftig

Von außen sehr gut . Aber das Zimmer müsste besser sein die Matratzen sind nicht gut. Und viel zu wenig Geschirr im Schrank waren mit 4 Erwachsene da hatten auch nur 4 große Tassen. Auch Gläser und Besteck war sehr wenig. Kein Toaster und kein Haarfön. Sofa war auch schon in den Jahren gekommen. Wie ich erst 2 Tage vor Abreise erfahren habe, man hätte sich noch Geschirr holen können, In der Rezeption aber man hätte es gleich sagen können bei Ankunft.
