The apartment 15 is a modern, high quality and furnished with great attention to detail Non smoking duplex apartment with separate entrance.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds.
Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The south-facing balcony overlooking the green invites you to relax in the sun.
3 flat screen televisions with cable television, stereo system and game console including games provide entertainment even in bad weather for young and old.

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, zentral gelegen. Wenige Minuten von Geschäften und Meer. In der Wohnung befindet sich wirklich alles was man braucht auch Tesafilm, Kerzen, Kugelschreiber…. Etc.. Küche gut ausgestattet. Viele DVD‘s für schlechtes Wetter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Tolle Wohnung!

1 Woche wunderschöner Urlaub in Cuxhaven

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter (Büro). Schriftlich, wie mündlich war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit (da kann ich andere nicht verstehen). Wohnanlage sehr schön. Alles perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub. Kurze Wege zu Fuß in Stadt und zum Strand. Ich empfehle es sehr. Es gab nichts zu meckern. Perfekt. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wenn man eine Wohnun...

Wenn man eine Wohnung bucht kann man Glück oder Pech haben, selbst wenn man sich vorher noch so gut informiert... Als wir die Haustür aufgeschlossen hatten und die kleine Treppe in den wohnbereich raufgegangen waren, fühlten wir uns direkt wohl! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet! Egal ob die Küche oder für die schlecht wetter Tage. Reichlich DVD Spiele Bücher 2 TV und eine playstation, dort dürfte für jeden was dabei sein. Sehr schön fanden auch wir sas Fliegengitter in den Fenstern sind... Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, 5 min Fusslaufzeit bis zum Bäcker ca 10 bis zur Promenade bzw in den ortskern Ebenfalls können wir auch sagen das beim buchen und Abholen der Schlüssel alles super und reibungslos klappte. Freundlich begrüßt wurden wir in der Agentur und sehr nett bedient, und das obwohl wir quasi zur Schliessungszeit ankamen. Überhaupt kein Problem! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage !

Hallo, unser Kurzurlaub ist leider schon vorbei. Aber wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist prima! Sauber, schick und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Auch Stauraum ohne Ende! Das ist sicher ganz praktisch für einen längeren Sommerurlaub. Und die Lage ist sehr gut: in wenigen Gehminuten ist alles Wichtige erreichbar (Ahoi-Bad, Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte). Wir kommen wieder! LG von der Familie Harms

Wie korrekt waren die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc.? gut Wie war der allgemeine Zustand des Feriendomizils (war es sauber, gepflegt etc.?---ja) Fühlten Sie sich durch den Vermieter gut vorbereitet bzw. betreut? Nur Schlüsselübergabe Würden Sie dieses Feriendomizil Ihrer Familie oder Ihren Freunden weiterempfehlen? zu 80 % Welche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, besondere Attraktionen oder Restaurants in der Umgebung sind empfehlenswert? Ahoi Bad 5 Min
