"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. We did find that the kitchen was ok but lacked an oven as the microwave was small for cooking larger dishes. "This villa accommodation is exceptionally good. Donatella welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to a lakeview room. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Great secure parking.
