"Everything was awesome the view from the lake view room was incredible"

"This is a grand palatial hotel, it’s very beautiful sat right at the top of a large hill. In its day it would have been an amazing place to stay. Now a tad dated but still a lovely place to stay. All the staff are friendly, very professional and generous. I had a corner room with a small balcony and superb view of lake Varese. My room was big and the bathroom clean. The only difficult part if you stay a while and plan to eat out (rather than in the grand restaurant) is that there’s no easy way to walk down into Varese so you need to drive there or get a taxi. "

"Hard to say what stood out. The whole place worked so smoothly. From the information we were given before we arrived, to the easy way to arrange a lift from the airport and then the lift when they said it would be there, to the friendly staff in all of the hotel, to the rooms that were set up for a comfortable stay and cleaned perfectly, one would have trouble picking out one or 2 things."

"So many good things to say about this quintessential Italian hotel. It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave. I would stay there again. "

"Great stay loved it. There is a dine in restaurant on the lake. The only surprise was a napkin fee of 30 euros for a small dessert of 14 euros. Not a major issue though."

"Clean, comfortable room. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was decent which is nice considering there isn't much else around. They also have a little snack bar open 24/7. "

"Hotel Villa Fiori at Lake Como is simply wonderful. The view is absolutely stunning, one of those you never get tired of admiring. Breakfast was very good, with quality products and a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. A big plus is the flexibility for dining: you can enjoy a proper dinner at the restaurant or just get something lighter at the lounge bar, which is perfect after a day around the lake. Another great advantage is the plenty of parking space, which is not always easy to find in the Lake Como area."
