Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !

Great place on a pond. Good breakfast included. Good Location , easy access to milan and the northern lakes.

We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do

it surpassed our expectations. it is quiet, relaxing and the view is magnificent. will absolutely go back there again.

First and foremost the air conditioning in the room was amazing for an American!!!! Not your typical European AC. Also there was a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was plentiful as an European breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would love to stay here again. We had a double bed and plenty of spacious room for each of us within the room. We even had a little balcony.

Grand Hotel des Lles Borromees is a wonderfully elegant hotel set lakeside with beautiful grounds and gardens. My wife and I extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights - expensive, but well worth it. Where else on earth would be nicer than this? The views from our balcony of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. It is very meticulously kept up - did I say elegant - and spotless too. My wife and I first visited Grand Hotel Dino several years ago on a tour, and the beautiful images remained with us. We decided to return this July and it was everything we remembered and much more. The hotel is spectacular and the scenery is as well. Hopefully on our next trip up north we will bring our entire family including our grandchildren. We know that they, too, will just love it.

Be careful staying at the Regina Palace - you may be overwhelmed as there is style everywhere you look. Older building, not too large by modern standards, nice elegant rooms. Just beautiful downstairs areas. Large breakfast room with terrace overlooking the lawns and one main restaurant. Access to Spa and indoor pool included. Outdoor pool among the gardens. One day a guest's 1960 Ferrari parked out the back with the top down - just like that ! One night tango dancing on the hotel...
