"When we arrived to the location we realized that it is connected to a larger building that is quiet run down. The rental space it self needs to be updated and renovated also. Upon entering the space it became very apparent that the pictures do not accurately depict the current state of the space. Much of the furniture is worn out and dirty with stains. "We enjoyed staying here. It's conveniently located close to Newport, very quiet neighborhood. The property is reasonably priced, clean. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The entry room has a queen-sized bed and the bedroom as well. It has basic amenities - ACs, TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utencils, cups, paper plates, paper towels. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. We are very satisfied with the property and communication."

"It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy. "We booked the king room with a harbor view. The room, on the top floor, had a beam ceiling with brick walls, which we appreciated as we enjoy historical inns. The picture window was a plus. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and changed each morning. Staff members were attentive."

"I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an option if we did need it. I would definitely stay here again."
