"We loved stargazing from the deck - amazing night sky (especially with binoculars)! The cabin was very comfortable and had adequate supplies for cooking basic meals. The location is VERY remote, which we frequently look for. A mid-point for exploring both Acadia/Bar Harbor and the Bold Coast - Quoddy Head, Lubec, Western Head Preserve and East Port."

"If you're looking for a peaceful, restful stay, this is for you. This secluded cabin overlooks the river, and is in a great location. It was originally booked for my husband and I, but at the last minute, my brother-in-law needed a place to stay and Kelly was able to accommodate us. She was excellent to work with, and always available to answer questions. We're hoping to go back in the summer. We loved it."

"Cannot recommend this place more highly. Beautiful spot for us to spend a week plus with teenagers and a friend. We all loved the beach. Carla was great at helping us and went above and beyond, although we never were able to get the TV to work. That was actually a blessing as we all needed to unplug. I have a small recommendation that you add to the cutlery as we could have used more. All in all hope to return! Book with confidence. And the price is very reasonable."

"Nice wood cabin, in a beautiful spot. There's was no wifi (it wasn't a surprise but it's rare and would be nice to add..) There was nothing to do with the TV because there was no cable to. Bed matress where confortable and it was nice to have 6 places for the kids. There was many spiderwebs and the cleaning could be better. "

"We enjoyed spending a special weekend with friends . WAA was excellent with providing a full weekend of activities for patriotic people. Only problem was no hot water to wash or shower. This was problematic. "

"Scary. Huge black spiders in the bathtub. Very uncommunicative check-in, no info on property, trash, or any services. If you are over 55 and don't know much about streaming services, forget TV. Handle broke off of door fridge and wardrobe. Tiny bathroom counter even though the space is huge. Not a very efficient layout. This might work for some, but not for us."
